What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you exceed your plan’s limits after downgrading, the extra data becomes read-only — you can still view it, but you won’t be able to add more until you’re within your plan’s limits again.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your conversations are processed by AI in an isolated, sandboxed environment — the AI only sees scoped data, never your identity. We use mandatory two-factor authentication for all accounts.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade instantly and your new features are available right away. If you cancel, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then you’ll move to the Free plan.
What is voice input?
Premium users can dictate their conversation notes using speech-to-text instead of typing. Audio is never stored — it’s converted to text in real-time and only the transcript is saved.
